Unable to Commit Bid

Hello All,

We are unable to commit bid in OTM sourcing,

We have uploaded the CRT but while trying to commit the bid, we are unable to do so.

The Computed Cost is not being calculated by OTM.

Is there a parameter or any other thing which i am missing so that the cost gets calculated.

I am uploading the CRT for TL mode.

I have also attached a screenshot for the missing computed cost on the bid.
