Oracle 11g Database RAC and Non RAC DB health check tool

Hello Experts,

I would like to know best tool to check Oracle Database health for RAC and non RAC, what is the suggestion on orachk, will it give completed information with action plan and recommendations, also I could not find orachk script for 11g database please provide the link to download the same, or suggest me the best tool to download and run.
