Duplicate transaction number updated in Xstore Receipt file
Good morning -
We have a client using Xstore version 5.5.2. A customer transaction is entered for sale of items and completed with Credit card payment. The next transaction is a BOPIS (Buy Online Pick In Store) order fulfillment. The transactions both have the same transaction number and end up somewhat combined in the receipts.
I checked the logs and could see when processing customer online transaction, the application was not responding and register automatically logged out. So that transaction was not completed.
Immediately customer sale transaction started and that got completed successfully. But when generating receipt, an exception has occurred. Client has addressed that this type of issue has happened couple of times.
