Freeze Override Flag functionality for copy Order Process

hi, 

 

  We have defaulting rule set up to have calculate price set to Partial for all Orders. Our freeze override flag is set to Y to be able to call pricing engine through process order api while creating orders.

 

But when we copy a sales order, it is repricing the order because of the freeze override flag set to Y even though the pricing tab on copy order form doesn't have anything updated to reprice.

 

is there a way to not allow copy order functionality to reprice even when the freeze over ride flag in event phases is set to Y for 0. we wanted that functionality to be able to call the pricing engine using process order api.
