Hi ,

If I have to request customer to grant access to Production and non-production environments of Oracle Communications UIM environment ,

What are the type of access to their UIM environment ( including  application, WebLogic , DB ) that I should need/request customer ?

I would be doing only administrative or sanity testing type of activities.
