Problem Applying OEM patch 13.3.2.0.0

I am trying to apply the patch refrenced in the Doc ID 2536039.1 to upgrade from OEM version 13.2.0.0 to version 13.3.2.0.0. In this document Oracle stated that I should run the following command :

em13300_<platform>.bin INSTALL_SWONLY_WITH_PLUGINS=true PLUGIN_LOCATION=<PLUGIN STAGED LOCATION>

The em13300_<platform>.bin   does not come with the patch. Where should I find this script to apply the patch
