File Parser Error

Hello,

When trying to load IELTS test scores, I'm getting the error below. I haven't seen it before and I'm having a hard time resolving it. The data seems to match with the file mapping. I'm not getting this error on every student, but when I've narrowed it to one particular student, there isn't anything usual about the data.

Any guidance would be very appreciated.
