Install Base Component of Relationship not getting created on Order Shipment

in Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

we have seen the Order shipment has suddenly stopped creating Child instance records in Install base on Order Shipment. The scenario is for a configured serialized Star item. When we ship and close the order it would always Update the Install base with customer information and add all the IB trackable Options from the order as Child instances. However, suddenly it has stopped creating the child instance even though the Star item instance is getting updated from Order. There are no error in teh transaction error processing table and also the SFM looks like running as expected
