Session Terminated Error

Hello dear friends,

We have a 1.8TB database with Oracle Enterprise 11.2.0.3 version.

I have been getting the error below for about 3 days. This error occurred for the first time. I have never met anywhere before.

Critical Error: Sesion Terminated = A session termination detected in ../ .. bla bla bla /alert/log.xml

When I look at the .trc file ORA-00603: Oracle server session terminated by fatal error. Internal Code: [17147]. Internal Programming Exception.

When I examine the metrics, Session Terminated stands with Default values. I have been manually cleaning for 2 days, but it came again today.

I want to get your idea of what could be the solution or what is causing it.
