P43060 ignoring processing option for default order type

We are currently on JDE E1 9.2 and recently took JN17324 (and all of it's associated dependencies that we had not yet taken).  Since applying the ESU the processing options for the default order type in Release orders to xxx (P43060) is being ignored.  We have separate versions for each type of release (OI to OP, OR to OP, etc) with the default type being the type of order associated with  the version.  The order type field is showing as active and all order types are available.  User has to manually enter the default type in order to limit the
