AME Final Processed Approver List in Sequential Order

I am trying to reduce the number of rules needed in my organization by using different Rule Types: Pre-List Approver Group, List Creation, and Post-List Approver Group. The problem is that the notifications generated by the Final Processed Approver List are all sent at the same time. They all have order number "1" (see attachment). I need them to be sequential:

Notification 1 to Pre-List Approver Group

Notification 2 to List Creation Group (generated upon approval by Pre-List Group)

Notification 3 to Post-List approver Group (generated upon approval by List Creation Group)

The configuration variables for the rule types are 'Absolute' and 1, 2, and 3 respectively.
