Minimum order quantity when creating Requisitions

I know that MOQ is used by ASCP during planning. Is there a way the MOQ kicks-in when creating a manual Requisition or when converting the manual Requisition into a PO? I have setup the MOQ at the item level and at the approved supplier list too.

If this is not possible, any suggestions on achieving this in the best possible way?
