Is "Oracle Programmer" v10.2.0.5 certified to run under z/OS 2.3 (mainframe) with CICS 5.5?

Our mainframe shop is planning on an upgrade to CICS 5.5. We are running on z/OS 2.3. Is "Oracle Programmer" 10.2.0.5 certified to run on z/OS 2.3 with CICS 5.5?

“Oracle Programmer” is said to include Access Manager for CICS, Access Manager for IMS, Pro*COBOL (C, PL/1, FORTRAN), and OCI
