Eligibility Profile Formula Based on Hire Date

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

How do I create a formula to restrict eligibility in our CWB Plan based on Hire Date > than x. I assume I could then associate the formula with a Derived Factor and call if from an Eligibility Profile?
