How to express employee's age in months or days for DBA calculation

We discovered that the LTD deductions for one of our employee's groups are not configured correctly. The existing configuration stops calculating short before the employee reaches 65 years of each 

But in the correct configuration should stop the calculation 119 days (4 months) prior to an employee turning age 65.

I have reviewed the calculation table codes and the DBA calculation methods and cannot find any that measures age in days or months.

Does anyone have a suggestion about how to achieve that the calculation stops 4 months prior to an employee reaches 65 years?
