Job Status Inquiry - Amounts varies depending on date entered
Hi,
Would like to confirm why there are discrepancies with the amount showing in our JSI.
Background: there is a commitment integrity issue amounting 3000 - transacted on 2019, I run purge, rebuild, repost (PRR) to correct the issue and it worked.
When I go to the commitment inquiry of the account there is no open units/amount already. However, when the thru date is set on January or the current date 2/21/2020, it shows the open amount that should be already fixed by PRR.
