E1 42 Why the R42520 pick slips process duplicates backorder quantity on sales orders

Hi hope someone can help me.

We have implemented JDE 9.2 but our customer has the following issue:

We are working with lot controlled items and dual UM.

When they enter an item on a sales order that has not enough quantity available, the line goes on backorder status 900 - 540 (this is fine).

But if they run the R42520 over that sales order, the backorder quantity is duplicated.

¿Does anyone know why is this happening and how to correct?
