New user added to a Support Identifier. My customer received an email that an unknown person was add

My customer who recently just signed received the message:

"A new user, Lu Dam (ldam@mwdh2o.com) has been added to a Support Identifier via a cloud subscription."

Why was someone added and how do I go about removing them? They were not suppose to be added.
