How to make a purchase order attachment read only for those with the buyer role?

I want to make a purchase order attachment read only for those with a buyer role. I followed the setup, see attachment, and I'd like to know if it's possible to limit the viewing of purchase order attachments for a certain number of buyers. Has anyone experience with this? Question is also asked for General Data Protection Regulation reasons.
