Unable to Connect to the Siebel Database using Odbcsql

Hello!

We are using Oracle Linux 7. I have installed Oracle Database 19c and Siebel Enterprise Server IP2017. On installing a new Siebel Database I got the error. Checking several resources in internet I found the solution that suggests to add lib32 into the LD_LIBRARY_PATH, however I do not have such folder and it is not possible to install any Instant client as well as it conflicts with the Oracle Database 19c.

Is there any other way on how to overcome this issue?

On running the odbcsql it returns following error:

Logging into "SiebelInstall_DSN" as "SADMIN" ...
