How Demand Stream Processor tracks Standard Pack Overshipments

I am testing in RLM with Standard Pack enabled in oracle R12.2.7.  I am getting a warning that the item has been overshipped due to rounding to standard pack.  The issue is that the quantity makes no sense.  I am working with nice round numbers to avoid confusion (100, 75, 50, etc.), but the warning says the overshipment quantity is 17.  Further, I cancelled all demand and established a fresh order board, and still am getting the warning with this strange quantity.  Where is this shipment quantity tracked and how can I reset it?  It inevitably comes into play when
