FDMEE - loading # of heads (stat acct) to multiple currencies (i.e. usd, eur, local)

I have a flat file that contains # of heads broken down by company, cost center, location code, etc.  I would like each unique line in the file loaded to 3 different currencies of an ASO cube.  Since this is a stat account (# of heads, not salary related), no currency translation is needed.  I also want the same exact information loaded into both the spot rate (Final) version and the plan rate (AtPlanRate) version.  Currently this information is in an Oracle table and we use SQL to pull the # of heads 6 times (1.  USD/Final, USD/AtPlanRate, EUR/Final, EUR/AtPlanRate,
