Add P-Charge-Info header to Custom Radius CDR VSA

We are looking for some guidance on HMR config to enable and present P-Charge-Info header in the Radius accounting CDR record. It is not displayed by default and we were told by support it can be done using HMR. Configured according to provided documentation, however VSA 200 is not added to the CDR files.
