Can end user add links to WorkCenter pagelets

Hi,

We are upgrading to Image #33 in PeopleSoft. There is an option for end users to personalize "My Work" pagelet. However, there is no option to add links to the pagelet as an end user. Only system administrator can add that through Configure Pagelets page. Am I correct ? The end users can only change the display order of the pagelet.
