Benadmin and Enrollment Outsourcing

Hello,

Our organization has 2 different umbrellas of benefits, with several benefits programs under each. We utilize Benadmin. We are considering outsourcing 1 umbrella of our enrollment to a third party, and would just need to accept enrollment back from the third party into base benefits for payroll deduction purposes. This would cease the need for Benadmin to determine eligibility and for online enrollment (most of it, more below)

However, we still have 1 umbrella we would like to maintain in Benadmin (with eligibility determination and online enrollment). Can some benefits programs be automated and some not? For those not automated, is there any way to maintain enrollment online for those programs, say for FSA or 403(B), but not for the medical package items?
