Trouble installing BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2/ Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.2.1 on Windows 10 PC.

Hi,

I am having Trouble installing Oracle BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2/ Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.2.1 on Windows 10 PC. I have tried the numerous suggestions on various notes such as increasing Temp Space on PC, Running the setup program in Compatibility mode, changing the installation directory, etc.. but still no luck.

For the Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 10.1.3.2.1 installation, the Oracle Installer opens up and runs till a point and gives the error message :

For the Oracle BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2 installation, a black screen opens up with the below message and closes but does not launch the Oracle Installer.
