Transaction Completed but not posted to FLAS SALES and SALES BY HOUR

HI Oracle Team,

This is to highlight that I completed one sale but is is not reflecting Net sale for the day .Bill and  Cash collected against the bill is reflecting in Daily sale cash & card report  but it's not reflecting in Sale by hour report & Flash sale , also product which we have sold in this bill is not reflecting in Merchandise sale report.

So what could be the problem and also as I can see from db for this in trn_trans for Flash_sales_flag  is still 0 only.

please suggest any alternative solution.

I am using Xstore base version 17.0.2.0.46.
