Hi,

I need to boot S7-2 (Solaris-11) in failsafe mode and I am not successful so far. Its root password is lost, which I need to fix.

I can boot from disk2, but can't boot from failsafe. In every try, I did reset-all.

{0} ok boot /pci@302/pci@2/pci@0/pci@14/LSI,sas@0/disk@p2 ==> can boot

{0} ok boot disk2 ==> can boot

{0} ok boot -F failsafe

Boot device: /pci@302/pci@2/pci@0/pci@14/LSI,sas@0/disk@p2  File and args: -F failsafe

Can't open failsafe

The file just loaded does not appear to be executable.

{0} ok boot -F failsafe disk2

Boot device: /pci@302/pci@2/pci@0/pci@14/LSI,sas@0/disk@p2  File and args: -F failsafe disk2
