Assignment Manager assignment not working if Owner is not Null
I have configured Dynamic Assignment Manager in Service Request.
It is working fine if Owner if the SR is null and assignment is taking place properly.
In case the owner is not Null, i.e if the SR already has an Owner, then assignment is not happening.. Only the ASGN_DT column is getting updated for the SR. Owner is not changing.
Does the Owner field always need to be null for assignment to happen ???
