Smartview+O365 : opening of webforms results in a blank screen while waiting for its display

Hi,

We have the lastest Smartview version 11 1 2 5 910 and Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.000 and since our PC are under Office 365 (the two lastest build / 1902 currently) : when we open a heavy webform in smartview:

1- the screen goes blank

2- and Excel the menus disappear and it shows the status "excel is not responding"

(When I open it in the workspace, it takes  around 1 minute or so to open but without any technical issue)

Has anyone encountered this kind of issue and if so, how were ou able to fix it ?
