enterprise manager 12.1.0.5 with target database12.2.0.1 on windows 2016 server

Hi everyone!

We have upgraded some databases to 12.2.0.1 and use cloud control 12.1.0.5 for monitoring. We installed the agent, but the database is showing down and not listing targets. We have confirmed the agent is working by checking the status, using listtargets, but the database is still showing as down stating that the username and password are incorrect. I have confirmed that the correct username and password is being used, since I ran a test connection and it worked without an issue, and I can also see the top activity on the database.

Is there a compatibility issue between these versions?
