Oracle recommended Test steps after new release

Hi,

We are trying to do a sanity check and test the functionality of our application after the release 19D slated to be applied this month. One of the functionalities/Bug that is expected to get fixed as part of this is Oracle Reference: 30165967. We are trying to find additional information around this bug including Oracle recommended test steps to test it out in our environment. Would appreciate if we can be provided the document/url that lists the same.
