Smartphone Fluid Time Entry - Punch Time Reporter

Hello - I'm wondering if anyone has gotten this to work other than using the Report Time (web punch in) feature.  I would be interested to know what you did to make this work.  I did read in PeopleBooks the information below - but I had seen on another post where someone from Oracle said they got it to work (but haven't responded to my inquiry as to how yet).  We would want the time reporter to be able to select the time for each punch rather than use the system time because some don't do their punches until the
