[TPE1106] The manifest file does not match our current schema. error when submitting 2019 ACA files to IRS. What is your suggestion to make the 1095 forms available for employee under self service while waiting for the fix from oracle for bug 30884665 ? Should i go ahead and run the process in final mode ? not sure what effect this will have once the bug fix is available.

On the other side the deadline to have the forms available for employee is next week
