Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

View output blank on concurrent request for 1 user

Hi,

One of our users has been having an issue where they try to view output but they are getting a blank screen after the first page (attached a few screenshots).  Does anybody have any clues on what could be causing this?

We thought it may be a java issue so we down graded to a version that we know works but it is still the same problem for the user.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
