invalid username password for all deployment services

Hi

I have OGG 12.3 MicroServices installed.

All of a sudden, I am getting a invalid username/ password error when I try to access a deployment.

Service Manager is accessible when I use the same username/ password.

The deployment was configured using the same username and password as the Service Manager when the Service Manager was configured.

All of a sudden, the admin server or receiver server won't launch.

Even in adminclient, the services are showing as running but the OGG processes don't show up:
