ownership/permissions changing

Have a strange problem on our X5-2 ODA (VM rac-mode, v6 linux, 18.3.0.0.0 grid, 12.1.0.2.0 database).

Sometimes after running a oakcli command, ownership and permissions are changing on various directories.

For example, I just had to "reset" /cloudfs directory because the owner was 8483828288 and the permissions were dr-xr-xr-T.

3 days ago, the /u02/app/oracle/oradata/flashdata directory has similiar issues.

Has anyone ever seen this before?
