EBS migration from RHEL 5 to 7

Dear Experts,

Source : Oracle Apps R12.1.3 with 11.1.0.7 RAC Database on RHEL 5.x (APP AND DB ON SAME NODE)

Target  : Oracle Apps R12.1.3 with database 12.1.0.2 on New Server Running RHEL 7.x with different hostname and ip,

Here we are going to upgrade database from 11g to 12c on source machine and then clone the instance(apps and db) to new server.

1)Can we clone the existing EBS(apps-12.1.3 and db 12.1.0.2) to new machine with different hostname and ip adress?will there be any complications here?

can you please provide some high level steps
