How to Merge 2 EE records (one with incorrect ssn, other correct ssn)

In JDE 9.2 we have employees that get hired with 2 different records with 2 different SSN's (one correct, one incorrect).  Payroll is processed and now there is tax history attached to the incorrect record/incorrect ssn

Is there a way to merge all the data from the incorrect SSN record to the correct SSN record to include, hours, payment history, taxes, etc.?
