Expenses Approvers List No Longer Arranged in Alphabetical Order

Hi Team

We see in Image 34 and Tools 8.57.12,   EXpenses Approvers lists are not longer arranged in alphabetical order.   Are there any new changes recently introduced as part of approval?

Please review and confirm.
