Does anyone know the table name to get the response users from a text type BP?

Hello,

I have a text type BP and a report has to be created based on this where all comments from users will be shown. I checked in the ER views and the table name for this BP does not have the response users as this is not a part of the form.

Does anyone know the table name to get the comments from all users?
