PO personalization: hide message

Hello,

I've a request to hide a caution message that it is shown on PO lines forms when creating a PO.

I'm in r12.1.3.

The caution message is shown when change the po line type. The base quenatity of the line type is the same so the caution message is shown every time the user change from Good to Service.

How can I create a personalization to hide  this message?

I'm not sure what type of Action to create.
