How a vendor can update price and quantity of an item.

For example there is a retail store, where Some items are not stored at warehouse, but vendor manage those items as per orders received.

Now for ABC item, client wants to create item code in oracle inventory but, client wants to give access to their vendors to add and update price and quantity of that item.

can this functionality be fulfilled by oracle isupplier Portal. if not, then how can we implement this And give rights to our vendor.
