Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Licensing

Hi there,

We are planning to start using Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control to monitor databases in multiple hosts. All databases which will be monitored have EE + Diag. & Tunning pack licenses.
Cloud control would be installed in a new host with a dedicated database. Said that I'd like to know if we need to purchase some extra licenses for Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control and/or the database repository or it is not required.
