Can we have the Fulfillment management functionality on a specific branch plant?

Hi All,

We have around 10-12 Branch plants but stock our inventory against one branch only. Can we place orders into fulfillment management only when the sales order detail lines would have this specific branch plant (the one with inventory)? if yes, what are the required setup?
