Unable to login to srvrmgr : Fatal error (2555922)

Hello,

We are in the process of setup for Siebel Enterprise 17.0.

We were trying to login and start EAI object manager in the srvrmgr.

Now we are having issue where we are not able to log in to srvrmgr.

We received the error as below:

Fatal error (2555922) Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store (%1:%2).. exiting…

This is a new setup of Siebel Enterprise 17.0
