Manager Self Service / Current Team Profiles / error on Select:You are not authorized to access this

We are implementing Manager Self Service / Current Team Profiles to allow managers to review their employee's Licenses. When we click the Select button, we receive the following error: "You are not authorized to access this profile." (see error attached)

Has anyone come across this issue and resolved it? Any information on this will be greatly appreciated!
