How can I quickly create a long list of users in RPAS? Can I load it to into ADMU hierarchy directly

I need to create a long list of users in RPAS. Is there any easy way to do this? Can I load it directly into ADMU hierarchy using loadHier? If yes, what's the format of the input file? I am using classic client now. Thank you.
