How to assign an approval group that considers multiple segments, in this case Location and GL accou

I currently have an existing approval group that allows approval up to 25k on any account with exception of two accounts that I explicitly named.  The requirement is to expand the logic to consider segment1, and if it is 0063, then the approval limit is 50k instead of 25k.

To start, I switched the document total on line 1 from 25k to 50k.

Then I included an account range for location 0063 specifically with a 50k limit.

Environment Facts:

• Segment1 is a location, for example a physical building. 
• Segment2 is a GL account.
• The rest of the segments are not relevant and are opened up for the whole range 0-Z
