Requisition Miscellaneous Charges?

Requisition Miscellaneous Charges

We have 9.1. Is there a way to enter/create miscellaneous charges on a ePro requisition? I understand how  to do it on the PO, but how if any way can you do on the requisition itself so that it will flow to the Purchase Order?
